MEET YOUR BIRTHFIT COACH
Kelsey Summers
Kelsey Summers is an advocate for women’s health. She carries a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, certified as Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist, and has also trained to become a BIRTHFIT coach – the only holistic, nervous system focused, functional training course for women in the motherhood transition.
Kelsey was raised in southern New Jersey with seven siblings – all unmedicated births. Naturally, it’s safe to assume she received confidence in her body’s ability to deliver without intervention from her mom. Kelsey, embracing the same will and wholesome family values, had two boys of her own. Having strength-trained and received chiropractic adjustments weekly to support her pregnancies, she was more than excited to collaborate with her husband to help the community Rocky River Chiropractic serves.
Fun fact about Kelsey. She holds the Ohio state records in the curl, deadlift, and squat at 132 lbs. as per the 100% Powerlifting Federation.
